Data retention & deletion

We retain only what we need to provide the service. Defaults:

• Account data: life of contract + 90 days
• Rule content & schema metadata: life of contract; backups retained 30 days
• Audit logs: 90 days

On request, we delete or return Customer Data and purge backups within 30 days. We can provide a deletion certificate for your records. These defaults may be tightened in VPC/on‑prem deployments where you control storage.

We don’t ingest raw logs or special‑category data. Retention settings may change with new features; we’ll update this page if so.
