Regions & data residency

By default, Canoma’s cloud service keeps customer content at rest in the UAE. We also support Private VPC(your cloud account) and on‑prem deployments for full residency control. Region locking (and egress restrictions) can be configured in private deployments.

If cross‑border access is required for support or integrations, we’ll follow the transfer mechanisms in our DPA (e.g., SCCs/UK Addendum) and apply appropriate safeguards. For customers with specific residency needs (e.g., EU or KSA), talk to us—regional options are available on request.
